MONTGOMERY, II, D.Min
Bishop Carl Montgomery,
native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a powerful preacher, teacher and writer. He is the Senior Pastor and establishmentarian
of the Greater Grace Harvest Church in Baltimore, MD, where his wife, Elder Sheila Montgomery, serves as Co-Pastor. They are
the proud parents of one daughter, Yeve Gennele. He was consecrated to the bishopric in the United Pentecostal Churches of
Christ as one of the original bishops; serving as the first General Secretary, Endorser of Chaplains for the United States
Armed Forces and the Assistant Presiding Bishop
The bishop holds a Bachelor
of Theology degree from Loyola College of Maryland, and a Masters of Education degree in Counseling from Coppin State University.
He currently holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree, with a concentration in Ecclesiology from Howard University School of Divinity.
To his credit he is an alumnus of Harvard University Divinity School Summer Leadership Institute. He is also a Certified Professional
Counselor (CPC) through the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
Bishop Montgomery serves
the Harvest Time Covenant Fellowship as its Presiding Prelate He is the founder and CEO of the Grace of God Ministries, Inc.,
under which his firm, Ecclesial Consultation and Serves provides interdenominational services in areas of church order, protocol
and the episcopacy. Hence, he has developed as a churchman, with his talents and skills being utilized by other denominations
and reformations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops; and, he
is a member of the Society for Pentecostal Studies. He has lectured throughout the United States on church history, churchmanship
and the bishopric in a Pentecostal context and have preached internationally.
